Texas Wind Athletics is seeking a full-time Athletic Director to lead and grow a Christ-centered, excellence-driven athletic program.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who is passionate about building culture, developing coaches, and creating opportunities for athletes to compete and grow, both physically and spiritually.

As Athletic Director, you will shape the vision of the entire program, oversee all sports, invest in staff, and help drive the future of Texas Wind Athletics through strategic leadership and fundraising.

This is a full-time, paid position based on experience.

Texas Wind Athletics is hiring a part-time Assistant Athletic Director to help bring structure, organization, and excellence to our day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes: coordinating teams, supporting coaches, and ensuring practices, games, and events run smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in executing the vision of the program while helping create a positive and consistent experience for athletes and families.

This is a part-time, paid position based on experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships
Enjoys working in a fast-paced athletic environment
Is passionate about supporting athletes and coaches
